To Our Trusted Partners,

As a valued Carlton Scale partner, we take great pride in our relationship and in preserving the trust you extend to allow us to help your business run at peak performance.  I am writing you today to share our unwavering commitment to your business and to further reinforce your confidence in Carlton Scale as we work to mitigate the impact caused in our communities by COVID-19.

The health, safety, and well-being of our associates, our families, and our partners remain paramount.  I am personally overseeing and actively engaged with our Emergency Management Team, which is being led by Paul Kaper (COO) and Amy Goodwin (HR Business Leader) to ensure we have complete attention on people, parts, and process to enable complete business continuity.  This team is focused on daily engagement throughout our organization, across all regions, and with all positions.  We are working to ensure our enterprise-wide policies are adaptable, scalable, and that they reinforce individual customer COVID-19 policies.  All policy and related efforts are based on Federal, State, and Global best practices (CDC, WHO).

Carlton Scale remains fully operational and able to support all customer requirements.  This includes all preventative maintenance services, standard / emergency service requests, as well as support for ongoing facility expansion and related projects.  We have taken proactive steps to secure additional quantities of critical spare parts inventory and have parts management plans in place to support possible future needs.

Our dedicated Emergency Management Team will continue to prioritize daily, cross-functional engagement across our business.  The focus of our response team is three-fold:

  1. Communication:  to ensure all associates have a place they can turn for information, questions, and support as we work through this together
  2. Collaboration:  ensure we are gaining insights from our communities to drive meaningful action and to share best practices as we learn as a team
  3. Business Continuity:  to ensure we can continue to earn our customer’s trust tomorrow

Your businesses are what drive our communities and our nation forward.  They are critical to our daily lives.  We appreciate the trust and confidence you place in all of us at Carlton Scale.  We will continue to embrace our core values of Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence as we recommit our promise to deliver “Weigh Better” service to all our partners.

Sincerely,

Chris Trevey

CEO/President
